I just bought Kontakt Assistant (KA), and also Translator Pro (TP). If I have nothing to say for TP, which works well, I can't say the same for KA. The problem that I see as outrageous is the fact that the software is delivered with absolutely no manual or even some general "Getting Started" who would run it at least basically.
OK the soft owns his Help menu, where I could have hopefully some help... So, I open it, and when I select the option "Contents" in the Help menu, I get a warning that I have to open the internet connection. Of course, I have internet connection and it is fully functional. Moreover, the same option in TP works perfectly and there is no problem with internet connection, real or excuse for missing the manual.
In the same menu is still the option Online Documentation. Once selected, I came across a real scandal in the online SamplerZone pages, there is indeed a manual, but for a software that I did never buy !!!!! Only the introduction page talks about Kontakt Assistant, but the very next page, I fall on "MV Kit Creator ™ Basic Concepts"! The pictures And so it goes on all other pages !!!!!
The photos do not match the one I bought, so I started to not understanding anything at all. Or rather, do I understand the horror: the developer has not yet written the book and he put on his pages anything to hide the empty !!!!? Or is this a mistake? But in this case is it not likely to put in an app a bit of code from another app? I begin to fear ....
So I paid for a software that is totally unusable for me without any instructions! Thus, the publishing company designs its professionalism like this? I wonder what his manager would say, if instead of seeing ahead of him, the bank would have announced that instead of the dollars came lemonade plugs!
I hope, my suppositions are not real and you correct very quickly this stumble.
