How To Report Translator Issues

If you own Translator (or are using Translator Free) and find a conversion that you think you could be better, or if you are experiences crashes or error messages, do this:

Take the source file that you are trying to convert, zip it up (and the samples as well, if they are separate files), and submit it to our Bug Reports page at http://www.chickensys.com/translator/bugreports

We'll look at it right away.
