How do I get a Translator update?

When I press F7 to get the update a screen flashes, but it doesn't open a window to download anything. How can I get the latest update?

You didn't say what version/build you were using. Nowadays, F7 starts the Check For Updates process - Translator checks over the web if you are running the latest version. Then it displays if you do or if you don't. If it just blinks... well, I've never heard of that.
