Translating to Kurzweil

Postby ahutnick » Tue Jun 15, 2010 1:09 pm

I have the latest build of Translator and have tried translating a few soundfonts, EMU ESI and small Kontakt files to Kurzweil format and Translator crashes every time. Anybody else having this problem?

There were some issues with Build 92 (I assume that's what you might mean by "latest build", which it's not now) with stereo samples etc.

They should be resolved with Build 93, which went up today. If you are trying Build 93, and are still having issues, file a Bug Report www.chickensys.com/translator/bugreports.

Have any of you had success with translating and loading to kurzweil?

If you have can you please state your Kurz machines used to load as well as mac/pc configurations.

I'm on PC/k2661 and cannot get ANYTHING translated to load. Everything seems to go fine, except after I load .krz program's I get no sound whatsoever.

thx

I have not been able to test my translations yet because I have not had a chance to borrow my friends K-2500 RS yet. Also I have a Kurzweil PC3K8 on order which I should be getting soon . I do notice that all the files that I have translated look like blank pages but since I have nothing to test them with I can't confirm if they work or not
